About the City Court Judge in Tucson 2019
The current judge at the Tucson City Court is the Hon. Thomas J. Berning. He was admitted in Arizona in 1978 and also in Montana in 1978. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science from Arizona State University in 1975 and received his Law Certificate from the University of Arizona at the James E. Rogers College of Law in 1978. During his over 40 years in law, he concentrated on Civil Rights Law, Criminal Law, and Disability Rights Law.
